Green Philly EcoFair
Green Century is attending the Green Philly EcoFair this year! We are thrilled to be a vendor at this incredible event to celebrate Earth Day! The EcoFair is held on Saturday April 27th from Noon – 6pm located on Cherry Street Pier in Philadelpha, PA! Green Philly's inaugural event offers an immersive experience in sustainability with inspiring programming including panels, storytelling, and workshops, alongside a Sustainable Marketplace featuring eco-alternatives from local makers and businesses!

Planted Expo
We loved being part of Planted Expo 2024 in Seattle, WA! Erin Gray, Vice President of Business and Development represented Green Century at the event. Seattle hosted over 200 plant-based edible and lifestyle businesses and brands, accompanied by informative and inspirational speakers. Erin loved meeting everyone who stopped by the table and can't wait to continue conversations!
Newton’s Earth Day Festival
Andrew Shalit, Green Century Shareholder Advocate attended Newton’s Earth Day Festival this year! The event took place on Sunday April 21st from Noon – 4pm at Newton North High School. Newton’s Annual Earth Day Festival offered a range of family-friendly activities including live music, face painting, a petting zoo and food vendors!
WWF's Plastic Policy Summit
Douglass Guernsey, Green Century shareholder advocate, was selected to represent financial institutions at WWF's 2024 Plastic Policy Summit in Washington DC on March 20, 2024. Douglass spoke on the importance of disclosing, reducing, and replacing single-use plastic to reduce investment risks alongside leading non-profit and industry executives.

Held March 22 at Eastern CT State University in New Haven, Green Century staff attended the winter Northeast Organic Farming Association event! This one-day event provided a sense of community and education for attendees and vendors alike. Farmers, local food enthusiasts, land care professionals, advocates and young leaders attended workshops and caucus groups throughout the day.
FA Magazine Invest in Women 2024
Held March 12-14 in West Palm Beach Florida, FA Magazine held its annual Invest in Women conference March 12-14 in West Palm Beach, FL. Gigi Norcross, Vice President of Business Development at Green Century, sat on a featured panel entitled "Perspectives on Sustainable Investing".
Diligent’s Proxy Season Preview
Andrea Ranger, Green Century Shareholder Advocate spoke at Diligent's inaugural Proxy Season Preview on Feb 15 in NYC. There, she joined the ESG Regulations & Reporting panel discussing climate risk and how companies should think about reporting their risks to shareholders.

Investment News’ Women to Watch
Held Nov. 7 at Tribeca 360 in New York City. Leslie Samuelrich, president of Green Century Funds, attended the Investment News’ Women to Watch awards. These awards recognized outstanding women in the financial industry. Out of hundreds of nominations, she was selected as one of nine top finalists for the Female Trailblazer of the Year category.
Women Advisor Summit
Following the Women to Watch awards, Green Century joined InvestmentNews to celebrate the women change-making and trailblazing in financial advice and wealth on Nov 8 in NYC. The Women Advisor Summit has harnessed insights from female financial advisors, constructing a comprehensive agenda that embodies female leadership, success stories, inspiration, and trailblazing.
ESG For Impact! 2023
Green Century was at ESG for Impact! 2023, one of the first sustainably focused investing conferences, on Oct. 8-11th in Broomfield, CO. The event included sessions that covered various socially responsible investing issues, networking opportunities, tips for building your advisory business and more.
